Sorry for the headache!
There's a few reasons why this might be happening- try this:
1) The new content was just added. Try logging logging out and logging in again.
2) Your browser is caching the old version. You can resolve this by clearing your cache. Here's how to do it in Chrome, here's how to do it in Safari, and if you use another browser just Google for "[browser name] clear cache".
3) If it's still not showing up, your account may have a billing issue that needs to be addressed. Please open a support ticket (click here) and we'll get this sorted out for you ASAP!
