There are generally three reasons for this to happen :
1) Your account currently has a debt and needs to be addressed. If you feel this is the case, the best course of action would be to open a ticket by tapping or clicking Submit a request in the top right corner!
2) The new content that was just added might require you to log out and login again to view it.
3) Your browser is experiencing a cache issue and you need to clear your cache and cookies and try again. You can test this by just opening a browser in PRIVATE/INCOGNITO mode. If the content loads while in private - that means it's a cache issue. You can also possibly resolve the issue by trying to load the website in another browser.
